The Enpee Group Scholarship supports citizens of India and Nigeria who work in the public sector to pursue the full-time Master in Public Administration at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. The one-year programme is based in Singapore and prepares mid-career professionals for senior public-sector management.
Selection is merit-based. Candidates must show a strong professional record and commitment to public service, while meeting the MPA admission requirements.

- A monthly maintenance allowance is provided throughout the one-year programme.
- Recipients receive a one-time book and settling-in allowance.
- Economy travel from the recipient’s home country to Singapore and the return journey after graduation are covered by the most direct route.
Eligibility
- Be a citizen of India or Nigeria.
- Work in the public sector and demonstrate a passion for public service.
- Hold a good bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of relevant work experience.
- Have an excellent professional record; scholarship selection also considers academic strength, leadership potential and commitment to public service.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English and meet the published language-test rule or an applicable exemption.
- Do not hold another scholarship, fellowship or award concurrently unless the School gives prior approval.

Application process

- 2Submit the MPA application through the NUS Graduate Admission System and indicate that you wish to be considered for a scholarship.
