The Enpee Group Scholarship supports citizens of India and Nigeria who work in the public sector to pursue the full-time Master in Public Administration at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. The one-year programme is based in Singapore and prepares mid-career professionals for senior public-sector management.

Selection is merit-based. Candidates must show a strong professional record and commitment to public service, while meeting the MPA admission requirements.

  • Tuition, medical insurance, examination charges and other approved fees are covered.
  • A monthly maintenance allowance is provided throughout the one-year programme.
  • Recipients receive a one-time book and settling-in allowance.
  • Economy travel from the recipient’s home country to Singapore and the return journey after graduation are covered by the most direct route.

Eligibility

  • Be a citizen of India or Nigeria.
  • Work in the public sector and demonstrate a passion for public service.
  • Hold a good bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of relevant work experience.
  • Have an excellent professional record; scholarship selection also considers academic strength, leadership potential and commitment to public service.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and meet the published language-test rule or an applicable exemption.
  • Do not hold another scholarship, fellowship or award concurrently unless the School gives prior approval.

Application process

    Prepare the MPA application documents, including degree records, CV, language-test evidence or exemption documentation, a personal statement, two professional referee reports and an organisation chart.

    Submit the MPA application through the NUS Graduate Admission System and indicate that you wish to be considered for a scholarship.

    Upload all supporting documents and ensure the application is complete by 11:59 p.m. Singapore time on 31 December 2026.

    Ensure both referees submit their reports by the same deadline; shortlisted applicants may be invited to a pre-recorded interview.
