The IDB Group offers paid internships through 26 country offices in Latin America and the Caribbean and through offices in Asia and Europe. Interns gain on-the-job experience with international development and the Bank’s corporate management.
Openings follow each office’s business needs rather than a fixed cohort or annual calendar. Placements last two to six months and require 40 hours of work per week.
