Early-stage tech startups enter through a country or regional round, pitch to local judging panels, and the strongest teams move through regional mentoring and semifinals. Category winners are flown into a week-long global bootcamp and Global Final Summit in Singapore, pitching in front of investors, corporate partners and industry judges.

Eligibility
- Technology startups that meet at least one gender-lens condition: a female founder, majority female users, majority female consumers, or technology that positively impacts women.
- Founders of any gender qualify under the fourth route — an entrepreneur using technology to impact women positively is eligible regardless of gender.
- Total external funding raised must be under US$5 million; a higher valuation is acceptable as long as capital actually raised stays below that line.
- The startup must be past ideation, with at least a minimum viable product or working prototype.
- Technology is defined broadly as using science and innovation to invent useful things or solve problems, covering hardware and new physical products, not only software.
- Teams apply in one region only — where they reside, work or have operations. Applicants from countries without a listed round are routed into the nearest selection round.
