The Corps Consulaire de la province de Liège funds this annual prize, with applications managed through Fondation ULiège. It recognizes an unpublished second-cycle final project that presents original research with an international-relations dimension.
The call is open across all ULiège faculties, but applicants must have defended the submitted project at ULiège in either 2024–2025 or 2025–2026. This is a research award, not a residency or taught program.
