Young Explorers is OceanX’s at-sea leadership immersion for emerging leaders aged 18–24. Participants join a multi-day voyage aboard the OceanXplorer and learn through workshops, practical activities, independent study, mentorship, and peer collaboration.
The curriculum combines marine science, vessel operations, digital media, and science storytelling. Routes and cohort locations vary; OceanX’s current program page does not publish the next application window or voyage schedule.
